At HerCheck, we prioritize your satisfaction and want you to feel confident about every purchase. However, due to the personal nature of our products, we have a specific return and refund policy in place to ensure the best hygiene standards are maintained. Please read below for more details.

Return Eligibility

  • Eligible Items: Products are eligible for return only if the delivered item differs in size or color from what was ordered. We do not take any responsibility for wrong order placed by you. Once the product ordered by you is shipped it won’t be returned.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Due to hygiene concerns, opened or used products cannot be returned. Any product once purchased and opened, is considered non-returnable. For Period Underwear once the product is purchased will not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. This is not applicable for Period Underwear.

Return Window

  • Customers must request a return on the same day of delivery to be eligible. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

Refund Options

  • Refunds will be issued for the product cost only. Shipping charges (₹120 minimum) are non-refundable.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at return@hercheck.com with your order details and reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, HerCheck will arrange for the product to be picked up. HerCheck will bear the return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or any other variations. Only refunds are available if the product meets our return criteria.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All period underwear products are non-returnable once purchased, even if unopened, to ensure maximum hygiene and safety for all customers.
