1. Shipping Destinations

We offer shipping services across India and internationally. For customers outside of India, logistics charges will apply as per actuals, and you will be responsible for these costs. We ship to most countries worldwide.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 2 PM will be processed and shipped for express delivery on the same day. If the order is placed after 2 PM, the product will be delivered in two days. Non-express orders typically take 4-5 business days for delivery.

Our processing operates 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

3. Shipping Timeframes

  • Express Delivery: Products will be delivered within 48 hours. This service is available at a cost of ₹90.
  • Standard Delivery: Non-express orders within India will be delivered in 4-5 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping partner and the mode of transfer. Estimated delivery times will be shared once the order is shipped.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available for orders above ₹300 within India.
  • Express Delivery: ₹90 for express shipping within India.
  • International Shipping: Shipping charges for international orders start at ₹1,800 + applicable taxes, and vary based on the logistics vendor chosen by the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. You can track your package using the provided tracking link.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners will make two delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable on both attempts, re-delivery will be charged ₹90.

7. Shipping Restrictions

There are no restrictions or areas where we cannot deliver, both within India and globally. All products shipped comply with the relevant local laws and regulations.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, HerCheck will re-ship the product free of charge. We do not offer refunds for lost or damaged items, but we will provide replacements.

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)

For international orders, the customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or other related fees. We will share estimated shipping rates with you in advance.

10. Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to weather conditions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events. In the event of a delay, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
